IECEE-CMC resolution new battery compliance standards development. According to the IECEE-CMC
(the international electrotechnical commission the authentication management committee) in 2011
in Istanbul meeting, for the development of standard battery compliance has the following resolution.
According to information technology and audio products with battery
1.The TC 108 technical committee (responsible for information technology and video product standards:
IEC 60065, IEC 60950-1, IEC 62368-1) and SC 21 A branch of technical committee (responsible for
battery standard: IEC 62133) will work to upgrade and harmonic both responsible for standard,
then TC 108 are responsible for three standards will reference A new version of the IEC 62133,
into the related standard battery. The new standard is expected to publish in the 2012/2013 years ago.
2.In the new standard before publication, this kind of products are powered by batteries testing based
on CTL (test lab committee) A 616 resolution (DSH 616 A), only test UL 1642 can.
