CB latest standards IEC 60950-1:2005 (Second Edition) + Am 1:2009 + Am 2:2013 has opened
the application.
Major major differences between old and new versions are as follows:
1. VDR (Varistor), coating (casing / body) to min. V-1 or Needle flame test.
2. Clarify the jumper Double / Reinforced / Basic / Supplementary insulation capacitor selection.
3. Multiple MAIN SUPPLY (N months INLET), can be marked (ratings) xN.
4. If Portable product contains rechargeable batteries, the battery itself to comply with
IEC62133: 2012.
