The United States UL laboratory update UL 60065 standard to reduce children swallowed battery risk.
In order to reduce the young children for swallowed a coin / button cell and cause accident, UL announced
it will amend its home, business and professional audio / video products standard (UL 60065), the revision
calls for strengthening the battery driven not toy products (especially remote control applicable products)
warning labels and signs, to remind consumers pay attention to swallowed by cell damage, the new standard
will be on January 2, 2014 effect.
