Adapter Power Supply exports to the EU to comply with the new CE LVD directive 2014/35 / EU and the relevant requirements outlined
The EU legislative framework in a new decree under CS (NFL), clear specification European importers, distributors and manufacturing responsibilities and to strengthen the implementation of market sampling requirements.
Under these new EU laws and regulations and resolutions, LVD Directive (2014/35 / EU) and EMC Directive (2014/30 / EU) official release, the directive will enter into force 2015-04-20, and add the following requirements,
The original LVD directive 2006/95 / EC can be used only 2016-04-19.

- Regulation (EC) No 764/2008 to strengthen the internal market for a wide range of other products not subject to EU harmonization.
Under these new EU laws and regulations and resolutions, LVD Directive (2014/35 / EU) and EMC Directive (2014/30 / EU) official release, the directive will enter into force 2015-04-20, and add the following requirements,
- Re-definition of the manufacturer's instructions and obligations (Article 6 Obligations of manufacture ).
- Re-profiling and define European manufacturers and authorized representatives, importers, distributors responsibilities and obligations (Article 7 Authorised representatives, Article 8 Obligations of importers, Article 9 Obligations of distributors).
- Technical file needs to contain "adequate analysis and assessment of risk".
The original LVD directive 2006/95 / EC can be used only 2016-04-19.
